
WHAT TO EXPECT
Once you've booked your appointment, a welcome letter will be emailed to you within 48 hours. regarding your appointment. In order to reschedule, cancel an appointment. or check points status, an account must be made by becoming a site member. The sign up form can be found on the booking form page. If an appointment hasn't been made first, your request will be denied.
Parking will be across the salon in front of the school area. All invoices will be sent to the email or phone number on file. Cash and Apple Pay are accepted.
A FEW DETAILS
Once settled in my chair we will dive into your consultation. I will ask open ended questions to learn about your hair history as I access your hair and make notes of what I observe. Please don't be shy, this is the time to lay out all of your concerns. Consultations are ongoing during your appointment rather you're a new guest or a regular and with each visit. Make sure you bring some inspiration pics, I'll want to know your hair goals, likes and dislikes.
THE CONSULTATION
You may decide to partner with me on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis and allow me to nurture your hair or keep you stylish. However you decide to use my services, maintaining scheduled trims and the proper treatments recommended will be important to your healthy hair journey. I want to see us hit your hair goals by taken away the guess work.
