Cancellation Policy
It is important to arrive with your hair fully detangled prior to your appointment time or your slot will be subject to change. Appointments in need of canceling or rescheduling must be done 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Please cancel as soon as your appointment is no longer a fit or call if you're running 10 minutes or more late. Lastly, please do not bring any extra guest to your appointment.
